Simon has once again shown that he has incredible knowledge with experience in Calgary's real estate by pricing my condo according to the value market at the time, and other similar condo's in the same area which resulted in many showings; also an accepted offer within 24 hours of listing it! My condo has now set the highest price in that complex area which has impressed my neighbors to think about selling soon, AND I made money on it as I paid less for it! That was a great surprise! Simon knows what he's doing and he does the market evaluation for each property that he lists which means he digs back as many years as it takes to get the right number to show the history and current value. I really appreciated that extra effort because it showed me that he was serious about getting the best value and turnaround for my home.
