<p>Simon goes above and beyond for his clients. His communication with his team is extremely impressive, with that said his team is incredible. I can honestly say I have never dealt with someone with his integrity. Simon makes calls even when the sale has closed. Will use Simon again should wee buy or sell and recommend Simon completely.</p>

He gave me some excellent guidance on the front end and provided his own resources free of charge to help me ensure my home was measured exactly, staged well and priced correctly for the market. Given market conditions, my house took several months to sell. Simon kept in constant contact with me during this time to discuss market trends and adjusting our strategy as necessary. He also gave me good counsel as he was negotiating the deal on my behalf.</p> <p>The home purchase side went very smoothly. Considering it was an older home, Simon was a stickler for due diligence, and brought in his own foundation expert and stucco person free of charge to provide an opinion on problems I may encounter. Overall, I felt comfortable that I knew what I was getting into, and felt comfortable that we had negotiated a good deal considering the opinions his experts provided.</p> <p>I would not hesitate to recommend using Simon for either a home sale or home purchase. He was professional, full of knowledge and had a great team of experts and administrative staff behind him to make sure the process ran smoothly.</p>
