Sara helped us buy our first house! We have lived in our home for 1 year now and we are so happy with our purchase. We appreciated Sara's obvious knowledge about different neighborhoods in the city and what we could expect if we were to buy there. Her approach is low-pressure and we trusted her instincts. We didn't feel like she was just trying to sell us any house...she wanted us to find the house that was right for us! We definitely did. Thank you, Sara!!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Sara purchasing our first home. We knew we wanted to live in central Edmonton and had a limited budget. Her negotiation skills were amazing as we were able to get our house under the listing price. We were also very impressed with her knowledge of old properties and new builds. She priced us competitively and walked us through the steps to getting results quickly. She was always available for late night vent sessions and offering advice when we didn’t quite understand the process. The pictures shot of our home really highlighted the areas we were most proud of and got us a lot of interest. Sara always treated us, our family and our home with respect and kindness and genuinely wanted what’s best for us. She cared about making sure we were happy. I never felt like it was ‘just another sale’ while working with her.
