I honestly cannot say enough great things about Sara. We sold our house and purchased a new one with her, and she went above and beyond. First, her suggestions for things to do to get the most money for our house were practical, affordable, and made such a difference to the value of our home. When it came to staging our home, and photos for the MLS listing, I could hardly believe it was our home. She gave us such great advise. While shopping for a new home, she was incredibly knowledgable about houses and neighbourhoods. She was accommodating to our schedule, and never pushy. Sara has integrity and wants you to find the right home, she won't push you into anything. We had a few issues with the person we bought our new house from on move in day and Sara went to bat for us. She dealt with everything so we could just happily move into our new home. She's sweet and kind, but knows how to be tough when she needs to be! I have recommended her to all of my friends and new colleagues and they have all been thrilled with the service Sara provides. Sara is incredible and I cannot recommend her enough.

Sara helped us purchase our first home, and was wonderful to work with. She is incredibly responsive — I don’t think we ever waited more than an hour for a reply to an email or text, regardless of what time of day or night! She also provided great advice and tips while we were preparing an offer, but never forced her opinions on us.

Sara was an amazing realtor to sell my condo. I was very happy with the service I received. We closed the sale in under 24 hours for a little more then my asking price.

Sara Kalke was referred to me by another real-estate agent when I dealt with an estate that I received. She was excellent through the whole process; for the sale of the property, as well as, provided insight what to expect while the property/Estate was in Probate. Sara's knowledge about selling Estate property and being agile helped to make my role as an Executrix that much easier even with having to do from long distance (I live in a different city). Sara and her team worked effectively and efficiently via the use of the phone and computer to finalize sale needs and did often communicate with the buyer to keep things transparent - that I truly did appreciate.

She had excellent ideas of how to market this particular unit and it did not take long before she had a steady stream of potential buyers walking through.<br /> We got our first offer about 2 months after listing the property with her. We got a second offer shortly thereafter and the condo was sold.<br /> Working with Sara has been excellent. She works hard and knows how to bring buyers and sellers together. She also brings a positive enthusiasm with her. We highly, highly recommend her.</p>
