Sara is by far the best real estate agent that we have ever had the pleasure of working with... and I'd like to consider us to be professional movers! We had moved 3 times in 3 years and had our fair share of not so nice experiences with other realtors. She went above and beyond, really listened to what our needs were and found us the house and neighborhood that still 4 yrs later we are in love with. We always highly recommend her and she's recently sold a friends home in just 4 days. 4 days! These sellers had just ended a (loooong and frustrating) 6 month term with another realtor and had very few viewings. Sara knows her stuff, and is amazing to work with... her results speak for themselves.

Sara was incredibly helpful during the buying process. We were new to Edmonton and she gave us a lot of insight into the neighbourhoods and what area would fit our lifestyle. The sale ended up being somewhat complex and not very straightforward, but Sara managed to keep everything on track and was very responsive in adjusting quickly to changing circumstances. I would highly recommend her!

Sara made both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new one a very good experience. She quickly grew to understand our tastes and priorities with home buying and was endlessly patient with our questions and schedules. Every time we went out to look at houses she was very honest with her feedback and pointed out many useful tips and observations. On the selling side, after talking over what aspects of the house needed attention and agreeing on a price, our house got multiple offers and ended up selling within a single day. We can't say enough about what a great feeling that was. We definitely recommend Sara!
