<p>We had a condo listed with another realtor that had been on the market for 18 months. In that time we had 5 showings and zero offers. That was discouraging. Truth be told, the condo was a tough unit to sell due to market conditions. We contacted Sara based on the reviews we had read online. One of the things that stood out was that she seemed to have a real knack for selling 'hard to sell' properties.<br /> We met with her and were immediately impressed. She knew the building and understood the type of buyer that would be interested in what we were selling. She had excellent ideas of how to market this particular unit and it did not take long before she had a steady stream of potential buyers walking through.<br /> We got our first offer about 2 months after listing the property with her. We got a second offer shortly thereafter and the condo was sold.<br /> Working with Sara has been excellent. She works hard and knows how to bring buyers and sellers together. She also brings a positive enthusiasm with her. We highly, highly recommend her.</p>

The thing that I appreciated about Sara was how prepared she was. At our very first meeting, she brought us a binder full of information about buying a house. Not only was it very detailed and through, it also contained checklists for moving, lists of lawyers and home inspectors, and other information that proved invaluable. The second thing that impressed me about Sara was how patient she was. We were unsure about the kind of home we wanted or where we wanted to buy. As she walked us through many homes in various neighborhoods, we began to realize what we wanted and then we found the perfect home. At that point, she sprang into action for us and soon after, we moved in. She is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Moreover, she continues to send us anniversary and birthday cards which always makes us happy.

Extremely patient, persistent, skilled and focused. Knowledgeable of all types of property and all areas of the city. Truly wants what is best for her clients without sacrificing integrity.

My wife and I used Sara for both Buying and Selling a home. Right off the bat of meeting her we knew we wanted to use her. She came fully prepared with a binder for us to keep on the whole process and what to expect. Not only does she have an vast knowledge of the whole industry, she is always available or will respond ASAP. Complete with modern technology for easy buying/selling (via email signing paperwork that you push a button to sign for that I did on my couch). She is well spoken, professional appearance, and simply makes the process fun rather than stressful. The advice she offered us combined with her husbands professional photography had my house I was selling SOLD in 2 day for more money than I wanted to get. It blew my mind! Using Sara for purchasing a home was much the same. A simply great experience and having her negotiating skills to get you the best price for both Buy/Sell was bonus. Aside from her Realtor skills: she is one of the most amazing ,great hearted persons I have met and love that she donates a percentage of profits each year (over 100k) to the Stollery.
