In the end we purchased a home that was still in the development phase, therefore unfortunately there was limited room for negotiations on the price. Ruth was wonderful in dealing with the developer, their real estate team and us - always providing us assistance or advice in a timely manner. She came to us highly recommended, and I will highly recommend her to anyone in the Kelowna/Lake Country area as well. Ruth is an absolute gem in the real estate world!</p>
