Ruth Lamb was absolutely superb in providing detailed knowledge and in a professional manner. The trait that I most admired was her honesty and trustworthy approach to her client. Never did I feel there was a “snow job” just to get a listing or sale. There was just a really good feel for our relationship and trust, which made the whole process so easy to proceed. If and when we need real estate advice or services, she will be in our corner. Great realtor!!

Ruth is very honest, forthright and knowledgeable. Her main attribute is her very pleasant personality. She asked what price we thought our home should sell at and she had the same price written down to recommend to us. This was determined by comparing other properties with similar characteristics.
