If you want someone who has your best interests at heart, and who can navigate through the most difficult of situations in a timely and professional manner, I would strongly recommend Ruth Lamb. Her level of expertise and professionalism goes above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. This lady knows her business and is a creative problem solver. I have several rental properties, and selling a tenant-occupied property is complicated at best. She sold one of my rental homes in record time, and was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in negotiating "middle ground" with some rather uncooperative tenants. With high stress levels, grumpy clients and a heavy work load, Ruth still somehow manages to keep a level head, positive attitude, and remain focused on the end goal of win/win. I also recently had a family estate property to sell, and she was instrumental in dealing with all the complexities that go with such a task. No matter what your needs, if you are selling/buying your principal residence, or a commercial/rental property, Ruth remains undaunted and up for any challenge! She always returns phone calls or texts in a timely manner, and is never too busy to listen and offer creative solutions if difficult situations arise. Ruth has an abundance of passion for what she does, and despite being in such high demand she somehow still genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients' needs. She is extremely intuitive, and can anticipate solutions to potential problems before we are even aware of them at times! If I want to sell a home, regardless of whether it is a rental property or my principal residence, Ruth is the person I want in the driver's seat. Ruth always keeps me in the loop with what is going on with the sale/purchase. She knows how to work things (in this case a short time that the offer was open and a short possession time) so that we are able to achieve what we had wanted.
