<p>Ruth came into our lives in November 2017 as our rental drama began to unfold, very little time to relocate and nowhere to go. We decide our only option was to bite the bullet and buy. Ruth to the rescue. Initially, Ruth left all the leg work to her assistant, Jessica, who was very accommodating and helpful, but no Ruth? Once we made our first contact with Ruth and our desires were matched up, things took off fairly quickly. We ended up with a home close to what were looking for at the price we were able to handle. Most of the business end of the transaction went very smoothly (except for one minor hiccup regarding the deck) which I don't really fault Ruth on.</p> <p>Life goes on, problem solved! Ruth is a gem amongst the masses of realtors. She surprised me at every turn. She demonstrated her concerned for my well being beyond the sale pf my home in that she was adamant I had a place to reside (a plan) before we put the house on the market. She is savvy about the trends of the market and it showed in her strategy for the sale of my particular home. The skill with which Ruth staged my house for the sale was so good, I almost did not want to sell! Her knowledge and hard work coupled with integrity made me feel taken care of as though I was family. If you are looking for an honest, industry intelligent, caring realtor whos work ethic is superb, you will do yourself the best by choosing Ruth Lamb. I have the highest regard for her and recommend her with ease.

I was very grateful for Ruth's support through the whole process, from beginning to end. She was present invested and respectful of the dynamics of the marriage separation and all the difficult negotiating that that brought to the situation. It was a delightful surprise at the end of the whole process to see her negotiate and get a final price that was higher than I expected. Ruth has made what could have been a very difficult process, smooth and has been a tremendous help at a personal level in this big transition in my life. I am very grateful.

<p>Ruth’s style is very relaxed, supportive and patient. She’s interested in helping people find a home they love and is willing to support them in a longer searching process if that’s what’s needed to make the purchase successful. While she openly offers her observations and experience for the buyer to consider, she’s disinclined to push people into purchasing something they aren’t convinced they want as she’s clear that the buyer is the one who has to live with the choice. She’s quick to respond to questions and requests, thorough in completing tasks and has a good rapport with other trades and services involved in the house purchase process. She has a great sense of humour!</p>

<p>Ruth has been great to work with in all aspects of the house purchasing process. Even in a busy market, she always made sure we could view new listings as they came on the MLS, and helped us to look past some of the overwhelming aspects of looking at others' homes to get to the heart of whether or not it would work for us. She is cheerful and non-judgemental. She responds promptly to all of my communication and is very knowledgeable about things we should look into. She was able to guide us through the process of going into a multiple offer situation that got us the house we wanted. We would highly recommend her!</p>
