Ron O'Shea is a most proffessional realtor as he is personal. Ron will go over & beyond to help his clients, buyers & sellers alike, trust me, I know. Besides his astute professionalism, Ron is a genuinely kind, caring & understanding person who takes utmost pride in what he does. He actually listens to every detail, whether you are selling or buying. ie: what specifics you are looking for in a home to buy, what items are negotiable when selling. He also explains everything in terms easy to understand. Ron never hesitated in any way to help & was always available. You could not be in better hands than with Ron O'Shea. I absolutely highly recommend him!! If I could I would give Ron a 10 in a 5 star rating!!

Likewise, once the house was ready to sell, he had it sold within three days, again at a better price than I had any reason to expect. Now some of this may have just been timing and good fortune, but I firmly believe virtually all of that good fortune was in finding Ron to work withus in the first place.Ron brings something special to the relationship between realtor and client. He really goes the "extra mile" to ensure that every possible detail gets looked after and every question gets fully answered in a timely fashion. In my situation, I was working from out of province and Ron even went so far as to pitch in with the physical aspects of getting the house ready for sale. I truly felt that I was being helped by a friend and I know i have made one.Ron will be my Realtor of choice the next time I need one and I will be personally recommending him to any of my other friends who need to buy or sell a property in the Calgary area.

When my wife passed away, I decided to downsize, so I called Ron. He immediately went to work looking into a lead for a unit that was being foreclosed on in the villas I wanted to buy. We eventually found another unit in the same complex and Ron put in an offer for me. We very quickly signed an offer. Ron set me up with a Lawyer he had previously worked with. It was now the time to sell my house. Ron moved quickly on that front as well. I started packing up mu old life and asked Ron for a recommendation for a mover. He offered to do it for me. I have never heard of a realtor that would do such a thing for a client. The first day of the listing Ron and his Son were busy moving my stuff into a storage pod when he asked me if I wanted to shw it that evening. Our plan was to stage it and take internet pictures that next day. I agreed to lethim show it and by 8 pm i had a signed offer. Things could not have gone better. I highly recommend you hire this man as your Realtor.

Ron O'Shea helped us buy a 55+ condo at Legacy Estates in Somerset, Calgary. He was prompt, accessible and very knowledgeable about this particular complex.
