Positive, professional, quality , responsive, value. Ron O'Shea recently sold a third property for me and in each instance I was genuinely impressed with his tenacity and desire to get the job done. Notwithstanding my "stickiness" on each sale price, he put on his work boots (figuratively) and got the job done. Low pressure, worked through tenant challenges, always reachable and just a great guy. Even brought his truck and helped me empty a storage room prior to possession change. In an age of "fly by night" Realtors, trust his decades long experience. Highly recommend his services and will work with him again.

Ron O'Shea was our neighbour when we lived in Shawnessy. We moved 3 hours north of Calgary a few years ago, but we kept our home and rented it out for a few years. We decided to sell it and Ron had it listed by the first week of July. That month was slow for showings, but Ron assured us that it was the "holiday and Stampede Month" in Calgary and August would be better, traffic wise. Through emails and phone calls, Ron kept us informed as to the progress, from week to week. The first week after the August long weekend we were fortunate to get competing offers on our property. Ron worked with us, through the stressful process and after 45 days, the house was sold to a nice young couple. We both enjoyed working with Ron. He represented our best interests professionally, with a friendly attitude. Ron's help and expertise were greatly appreciated. He is a rare breed even my in-laws noticed that. I am happy to recommend Ron O'Shea as a professional, friendly and helpful Realtor in Calgary. I was interested in one of Ron's listings in Springbank Hill last summer so I dropped by his Open House one weekend. I was new to Calgary and was just browsing the market, so I hadn't a need for a Realtors services or so I thought. My family were joining me in the fall, so I was renting in the north and using public transportation until I acquired a second vehicle. I told Ron what I was looking for and gave him my email, so he could forward me any properties that matched my criteria. Within days, I was receiving some interesting properties in the SW and NW. Ron made evening appointments and we made a plan to meet after 5 pm at the Chinook LRT station, where Ron picked me up and we began our showings. No matter where we had our showings, Ron was more than accommodating in driving me back to my Ranchlands apartment each time. The search paid off and we managed to find a fully developed, 2 storey home that me and my wife liked. Ron referred a good mortgage broker and a home inspector to me and after a few headaches, we did manage to firm up the deal on the property. WOW, am I glad I met Ron. I first met Ron on a Sunday afternoon Open House in Erlton. Ron was helpful, professional and wonderful. The following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Ron dropped off listings of exactly the properties that were suitable for me. Ron had patience as I narrowed down my choices after each showing.
