I have dealt with a number of realtors over the past 30 years, both for residential and commercial properties. In early 2021, I started looking at many properties with Ron and the mission became not only enjoyable but informative. With Ron's technical and real estate knowledge, the things he notices and points out around a property is unbelievable. He's sharp, blunt, tells you the way it is and even comical when need be. I not only respect but encourage others to take advantage of his services.

Ron met with me and gave me the fair market value and suggestions on what to renovate etc. He let me know stats on what was selling and time frame etc before I contacted him to sign up. He was very friendly and professional and very knowledgeable .

I can’t thank Ron enough for all of his help and expertise in selling my Mother’s condo. He truly went above and beyond the call of duty and was always available to answer our questions, or concerns, no matter how small.
