I would have to say that my entire first time home buying experience was nothing short of excellent. i have to thank ron O'Shea for his outstanding performance he gave as a Realtor, taking his time explaining every detail and confirming that I completely understood what the project was all about. He was open to opinion and questions without hesitation. When I came to Deerview Village, I was "browsing the market". Ron was nothing shy of helping me see what is out there and what value the project held. I had looked at other places in the area and with Ron's expertise, this had the best value for what I would receive. As a first time home buyer, the whole experience can be quite unsettling and create high anxiety, especially in the market today. The risk of buying and not knowing tomorrow's outcome can scare even the most financially secure person. I am a single mother of one and have no other source of income. One financial crisis could break me. Once a unit was picked, Ron measure that i would move into this condominium unit with no stress of financial crisis. He went above and beyond to settle any of my worries, not pressuring me to buy in any way, shape of form. It was amazing to have someone looking out ONLY for me. No pressure to buy. His encouragement made me so secure that I knew no matter how the market went, this was the place for me. After possession, Ron has been nothing but absolutely amazing. He came over on his own time to put up blinds for me. He went above and beyond in every aspect of my purchase and still helps me with defects that were never completed properly.

Ron was extremely helpful, his friendly and professional demeanour brought diverse individuals to view the property. His skill to provide insight into all types of real estate , makes him a valuable part of any team. He was proactive & creative in marketing and hosting open house events. Efficient, reliable and honest comes to mind when I speak of Ron O’Shea.

Ron did a wonderful job for us, very pleased with the outcome. Will always go back to Ron for any future sales/buys.

Ron was very professional and friendly to deal with. His communication was consistent and he was always available to meet and discuss the transaction and other details of the property whenever I requested to do so. He had extensive knowledge of the neighborhood in general and the history of the property as well. Would definitely recommend Ron as your realtor!

Ron was very helpful and always available when I had questions and very knowledgeable of the building I purchased in. I do find it is a challenge when a realtor is representing both sides though and would not advise it.

Ron went far above and beyond what was expected from a Real Estate Agent. He recommended improvements that would make the property more appealing to a buyer and contributed his time to implement them. His efforts were very much appreciated.
