In the Spring of 2021 my mother passed away and my brother and I needed the family home sold. I knew Ron O'Shea for a few years now and asked for his assistance. Both my brother and I interviewed Ron and were impressed with his industry knowledge and overall personality. Probate on the estate was underway when we hired Ron to list the home. Interest in the house was good. We had hoped for more money, then what we finally accepted, but the sale put this chapter behind us. We now had to begin selling off family belongings. We planned numerous garage sales to get this task done. Ron was there to offer numerous folding tables for us, as well, he provided us with professional "Yard Sale" signs. He then offered his truck and time to haul appliances and garbage to the dump. We needed a lawyer, so Ron recommended one in our neighbourhood, which was convenient. When the final possession day came, Ron was there to make sure everything was ready to go. A skilled professional, ready to roll up his sleeves, should his help be needed. Ron sold our house in six hours at over asking price. He was also instrumental in helping us find exactly the right acreage to purchase at under asking. On top of that he is a really great guys and has a wealth of real estate experience to draw from.

I met Ron O'Shea at one of the 55 plus apartment buildings where he had arranged an information session with a lawyer. I causally told him that I was interested in buying an apartment in that building and gave the details of the kind of apartemnt I was looking for. Within a couple of days he found exactly the kind of apartment I was looking for. He answered all my questions and at all times he was very pleasant with good sense of humour, patience and of course very professional. He was very quick to return my calls which was very importment to me. In short Ron is an excellent agent and I would not think twice using his services in future or to refer him to others
