Richard was integral in this process for my family and I. He’s a wonderful person and he’s an even better Realtor. He was always willing to answer our questions (there were a lot). He never complained when we dragged him far out to look at a place. He has a great sense of humour which isn’t specifically needed to excel in his line of work but it makes the showings and inspections more enjoyable.
