I really wanted to share my experience with Ricardo. I met Ricardo through My husband and our recent pre-sale purchase was quite a whirlwind. Most people might think it’s not necessary to have a real estate agent for a pre-sale but he really was invaluable. Firstly, upon meeting him I instantly knew he was someone I could trust and that he was at the core a really good person who cared about people and building long lasting relationships. He has an energy about him, the kind of energy you want to bottle up and you can tell how passionate he is about what he does. He even wanted to directly talk to the developer to present and negotiate the price of the unit. He even urged us to consider renting out our current unit instead of selling and him getting a commission because he said it could be an investment and a place for Charlotte to live one day! He can handle any roadblocks big or small and you feel 100% confident you are in good and caring hands.

Ricardo made my first home buying so easy. He was a true professional, easy to speak to, extremely responsive and explained every step of the way thoroughly. 6 stars if I could!

Ricardo was nothing but understanding during our real state journey. As first time buyers, my husband and I were very anxious about the process. Ricardo educated us, grounded us, and validated our feelings. Our plan of getting our own place date back to a year ago, when we first reached out to Ricardo. My husband and I don't really like phone calls, and Ricardo kept that in mind throughout our correspondence. We don't drive, and Ricardo gave us rides whenever he could. We're new to BC, and Ricardo encouraged us to do our homework and get to know new neighborhoods, suggesting some areas that might fit our lifestyle. We worried that, with the market being as competitive as it is right now, we might not stand a chance as first home buyers, and that we would have to compromise on getting a place that did not meet our rescue dog needs. However, Ricardo advocated for us and did everything in his power to make our home dream happen. I highly recommend Ricardo. We managed to navigate through the hardships of the market thanks to our great captain, and we're happy with where we landed.

This was my 4th time selling a property and I was very impressed with Ricardo’s professional service and support. He was thorough, organized and completed the research so that we priced the property properly. His guidance for preparing the condo for viewing was excellent.
