I had the distinct pleasure and privilege of working with Ricardo Ameerali purchasing a condo in downtown Vancouver. I was referred to Ricardo by a friend and realtor in Kelowna at the beginning of Dec 2018. From the moment I was referred to Ricardo, I was treated with VIP service. Ricardo reached out to me immediately and initiated a buyer’s presentation and assessment of my real estate needs. Ricardo’s professionalism and real estate expertise, particularly for the downtown Vancouver core, is exemplary. Despite just meeting, I was treated as if I had been one of his long time clients and real estate investors. His attention to detail and genuine interest in striving to go to all lengths to meet his client’s real estate needs made me feel privileged to have his expertise working for my future investment goals. Within a week of meeting, we had an accepted offer on a property that I selected from a list of potential condos on his search matrix. Interestingly, when I first saw this property, it was by far my first choice of all the options available. It had everything I wanted in a property and more. Unfortunately, the condo already had an accepted offer pending subject removal. While looking for other options for me, Ricardo kept close watch on the condo I wanted and managed to get an offer tabled when he discovered the first deal had collapsed. His timing and persistence watching my first choice option was impeccable. Without Ricardo’s attention to detail, tireless work ethic and persistent drive to get his clients what they want, I would not have had the opportunity to purchase the condo I now own in Yaletown. His service didn’t stop at closing the deal though; Ricardo worked continuously to ensure everything went smooth for us right up to the moment our furniture was set up and the move was complete. Ricardo is a really great listener and took the time to take in what I was looking for and help me narrow down my options. He was very patient and I never felt pushed to buy anything. I was very picky and didn't want to settle for just anything, and he was on board with that right away. He sat and went through the breakdown of condo fees, where they go to and any previous large extra payments that may have been seen in the past that might put up any red flags. He has lots of extra resources at hand for after purchase.

Ricardo was incredibly attentive, always willing to go the extra mile and always within reachable within a moments notice. Having just had our first child Ricardo often went the extra mile with all the legwork, in order to put our minds at ease during the house hunt. In the end, we found a great first home for our family and Ricardo helped us react quickly in beating other potential buyers to the punch. Ricardo's quick reaction and communication with the listing agent is what enabled us to beat out the competition. On top of Ricardo's professionalism, he has a friendly demeanour and an abundance of positive energy to keep the house hunt going! We would definitely use Ricardo in the future and highly recommend him to other potential home buyers/sellers.
