When negotiating, the house was a fixer upper, more then 50 years old and it would have been nice to have known what we could have negotiated and how much it was going to cost based on upgrades. He was very helpful to speaking with the sellers and was very supportive when we needed to get all the conditions met fast. The "neighborhood knowledge" details, we had more knowledge about as we lived in the neighborhood for more then 5 years. This was more to do with the area Ricardo usually deals with and not his lack of his dedication to learning more about the area. Vancouver is a big place and Ricardo does like to explore and learn! Ricardo was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Ricardo sold our condo mid pandemic when nothing else around us was selling. He was always professional, on time for every appointment and returned calls and texts immediately. He made sure to get to know our area and our building by reading all the strata minutes in detail. Viewings were approached with an always positive attitude and good feedback.
