Of the several agents I have had contact with in the sale of my home, Ricardo comes out on the top of the pile. He gets a gold star from me. From day one he put in great effort and lots of time getting my house sold. He was totally focused and very calm at all times. He was right on the ball, all the way. The sale, for me, was the most wonderful start to 2022 and I am looking forward to great things for the rest of the year.

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined that all of this was possible, much less doable in one month. I’m so grateful to Ricardo for his professionalism and generosity. He turned a stressful transition into a delightful one. I’d recommend him to anyone I know in a heartbeat.
