Ricardo is a great communicator, takes the time to understand our family's requirement when listing our property for sale. Ricardo is very on top of every aspect of making the property show perfectly to maximize our property's potential. This includes setting up virtual photos, understanding previous renovations and highlighting the best part of our house and neighbourhood, as well as getting over 30 parties to show up at our open house. We appreciate Ricardo and his team's guidance and diligence throughout the process and made it super easy to navigate. We are very pleased with the multiple offers we received. My husband and I have been involved in multiple real estate transactions before and I can confidently say that our experience with Ricardo and Maria was top notch and like none other! When we initially reached out to Ricardo, he was away on holidays; however, his sister and assistant Maria was extremely professional in his absence and got everything moving for us so there wasn’t downtime upon his return. When he got back and first met with us, they showed up to our meeting fully prepared, providing us with all the information that we needed to consider with respect to selling our home and buying a new one in this ever changing market. They also took the time to understand what we envisioned for our future so they could help us work towards our long-term end goals. Once our home was listed, Ricardo was in constant communication with us and was always happy to answer any questions or concerns that we had- and there was a lot! And in terms of buying a new home, he was very patient with us, helped us submit multiple offers with full subjects and clauses, and assisted us in researching different areas to determine property values. He was able to close two deals for us- the sale of our home with a “subject to purchase” clause, and the purchase of our new home with a “subject to sale” clause to make sure we were fully protected. We knew these would be challenging clauses to request but Ricardo was able to negotiate them in for us and get it done! Once contracts were in place, Ricardo and Maria took their level of customer service one step further by providing us with every possible contact imaginable to assist us with our closing (inspectors, insurance brokers, mortgage brokers etc.) and emailing us what the next steps would be so we knew what to expect in the coming months and weren’t left in the dark. Also, I would like to mention that I have worked with three other realtors previously and not once was I given contacts to help us close our deals. I was very grateful for their assistance in this respect as it saved us a lot of time by eliminating our own research for contacts. Our deals are scheduled to be wrapping up in a couple weeks here and Ricardo and Maria are still keeping in touch to ensure everything goes seamlessly and that we are supported. Ricardo and Maria are a terrific team offering the highest level of customer service I have yet to experience from a real estate team. You can tell that they truly care about their clients and have their best interest in mind. We really appreciated their attentiveness to detail, how prompt they were in responding to us and always felt supported- never pressured! Without hesitation, I would recommend working with this team! They are amazing people, who do outstanding work and will make you feel confident in any real estate move you might be considering.
