I am a senior who because of health and circumstances had to sell my home and move to a Retirement Living facility. This process overwhelmed me and I must admit I felt very alone and actually frightened of the situation. However, my friends rallied and the process began. Ricardo and Maria did everything they could to walk me through the process. They were patient, supportive and encouraging. While I am not very skilled on computers, when I had to sign documents or contact relevant persons Ricardo and Maria would talk me through it until I felt comfortable in proceeding. I always felt their support and their patience would help me overcome my anxiety. I would recommend Ricardo and Maria to anyone, especially older persons needing extra support during the process. In many ways I felt I had two friends who were concerned and committed to see me through this. I always felt respected and involved. I was thrilled with the price Ricardo negotiated and would highly recommend Ricardo and Maria as the best agents ever to engage.
