This is our second purchase with Peter. Looking for a forever home at one of the worst times to buy, Peter was amazing. Peter was recommended to us by a family member and to say he did not disappoint would be an understatement. From the start Peter was professional, patient and noticeably experienced and knowledgeable about the Calgary real estate market. We both sold and bought with him and both transactions were not typical for different reasons. The condo we were selling had specific restrictions that made it targeted to a niche market so it took longer to sell. Not once did Peter try to pressure us to reduce our price and reminded us to be patient as he knew our property was appropriately priced based on his thorough appraisal (vs a 5 minute evaluation other realtors gave us). Once we received an offer he negotiated very well and got us more than we even expected. Regarding the purchase, the Calgary market was hot at the time and our target property type was in very high demand. Peter was consistently available whenever we wanted to view properties and throughout our multiple viewings he gave very honest and insightful opinions on the quality of each property. By the time we found our current house we felt informed and knowledgeable enough through Peter's guidance that we were confident we got a great house for an excellent price. Overall, we spent 6 months working with Peter and we would highly recommend him. We viewed dozens of properties with him and he would even steer us away from places that were not a good fit for us.
