Peter was recommended to us as an anomaly who possessed none of the realtor horror stories and he followed through. He definitely went above and beyond what I would ever except from a realtor especially during the housing boom in March-April. The only question I didn't get answered was if he had other clients because it felt like we were always top priority. Peter provides price points based on timely statistics and always takes time and uses his extensive experience to ensure you are a informed buyer/seller. He has extensive community knowledge all over the city and shares that in an extremely unbiased way. During heavy bidding wars of 20+ offers he was willing to work extremely late to make sure our offers got in and provided excellent negotiation advice. I cannot recommend Peter highly enough and would definitely sell/buy through him again.
