This is the second house I bought from Peter and one house sale over a span of 16 years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, dependable, flexible and practical in the real estate field. He offers good advice in buying and selling a home with respect to selection, price evaluation, location, moving considerations, the legal requirements of a buy and sell and also willing to offer suggestions in terms of quality of the home, suggestions and costs of improvements and other things to consider when buying or selling a home.
