I have had the pleasure of both listing and buying with Peter over the years. From guiding me as a nervous first time buyer almost 20 years ago to selling my latest home in the very hectic 2023 Calgary real estate market, Peter is my go-to and a professional I and my other family members have come to respect and rely upon. The residential real estate market has been crazy in Calgary for a couple of years now with 2023 being record-breaking and that’s where having an experienced, calm confident realtor was very reassuring in the listing of my house. Peter’s market evaluation was spot on and his listing, pricing and showing strategy got fantastic results! He provided great insights on how best to show the house including what, if any improvements to focus on and what wasn’t necessary to working with a great photographer, the listing process was painless. In a hot sales market, one would think multiple offers (we had 10) would make selecting an offer a breeze, however there were certain strategies and terms submitted on some that made comparing them tricky and I really needed and appreciated his experienced insights to evaluate the BEST offer for the outcome I wanted. My home sold within two days, for much more than I had imagined (but right around the market evaluation Peter had assessed it at) and with no conditions! In this hectic market it was important to have a realtor who, despite being run off his feet busy, still managed to provide timely, un-rushed, professional and friendly service. I highly recommend Peter!!

In fact, he was the best and most experienced agent we have ever worked with, not that we have worked with many, but he was someone willing to find out not only all the details we needed to decide on the property, but also to find out about us and our expectations.
