We love people that say what they're going to do and then do what they said they would. Nichola did exactly that. We chose to list to sell our acreage with Nichola as she was very thorough in her walk through to create her market valuation. Comparisons were accurate and current, and her listing price was exactly where we wanted to be and the property was sold within her noted time frame. It was priced right and we were very happy. Throughout the listing time, she kept in touch with us regularly and as things progressed was very informative on giving us guidance on the next steps. I cant even describe how amazing she was. Accommodating, knowledgable, fun to talk to. She educated me on things I didn't know were relevant and made sure I understood everything in the house buying process. One thing that stood out to me , as a brand new home buyer, was that I trusted her completely. And that's a scary thing in general to do . This is literally the biggest purchase of my life and it's scary to trust someone blindly; with Nichola I would do it again. She was and is amazing to work with and i would recommend her to anyone.
