Nichola was so knowledgeable with homes, and made us feel so comfortable in such unknown uncomfortable territory for me and my partner. She was absolutely hilarious and so kind, and really fought for us to get our dream house. We ended up having a bit of a bidding war, and we got chosen. If you’re liking to sell or buy, Nichola is most DEFINITELY the one you want to be by your side.

Working with Nichola was great! As a first time home buyer she was incredibly helpful in helping me navigate the process and made sure that I understood where things were at, what the next steps would be, and always had recommendations for other people who I would need my purchase along the way. As well, her close working relationship with her husband Michael added so much flexibility to scheduling in any appointments plus it was nice when to get a second set of eyes on things. I needed to move for work from BC. I needed a condo close to work because I don't drive and since I didn't know the areas I was nervous. I found Nichola online and she was wonderful! She explained which areas I should live in and which ones wouldn't work for my lifestyle.
