We had made an impulse decision to move 4 hours away and Nichola was over in a heart beat to discuss selling our house! She is so knowledgeable and was able to help us get the house ready! The day our house was put on the market we had an ABOVE ASKING offer! We were shocked! And just like that, the house was sold and all the paperwork was complete less than a month after being listed! It couldn’t have gone any easier or smoother! Moving 4 hours away with 9 month old twins is stressful, but selling our house was not!
