We survived the winter / spring of 2021!! This real estate season was insane! Houses would list in the morning and sell by lunchtime. Nichola and I viewed so many houses and dealt with at least 3 (lost count) bidding wars and never once did she lose patience or get frustrated. Her advice was invaluable and she helped me find the perfect home. Strongly suggest working with her in the future for an absolutely no surprises experience.

Nichola and her associate Jessica where great to work with. Timely, informative, and most importantly very experienced. They negotiated a great deal which I couldn’t have done myself. Would highly recommend their services.

Nichola was amazing to deal with and we would definitely use her services again. She brought us the true, hard facts, and we had to make a very difficult decision. We ended up not selling our home because it was not the right move for us right now. Nichola was completely in support of this and wanted what was best for us. Nichola made the process so easy and straightforward any questions we had she answered to the best of her knowledge if she didn’t know she went and found out. We were about to pass on the house because of the home inspection then we dug a little deeper and thanks to Nichola things were fixed and we purchased our new home keys yet to come. She really does make the process very easy and calms your nerves when you’re about to throw in the towel thank you Nichola our family thanks you.
