<p>Michele was excellent in finding out anything that we did not know. If she did not know, she would find out right away while we were with her. We were very happy with everything she did for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Real Estate Agent.</p>

We were out of the country when the offer on our house came through. Michelle was in immediate contact via phone and skype. Docusign was used to confirm all aspects of the negotiations and removal of conditions. Michelle used her negotiating skills to enable us to reach an agreed price in short order. This was important to us when we didn't always have cell coverage. You can be assured that Michelle will give you personalized attention to details that will make the complicated process of buying and selling as stress free as possible.

<p>I was living in another town at the time of my purchase so all of the negotiated changes and signing of documents following my initial offer had to be handled through email with electronic signature. Michelle managed this situation with great efficiency making it a very convenient and straight forward process for me.</p>
