We were so fortunate to walk into an open house hosted by Michelle Fritz. We were so impressed with her easy manner and knowledge of the local real estate market that we signed a contract to have her sell our house that day. A few tweaks here and there and an amazing online listing with wonderful photos of our lovely home and we were ready. We understood that things had slowed down considerably and properties were staying on the market longer than they had been, but Michelle never failed to present a positive message. After a few months of little or no interest, she encouraged us to consider a reboot of our listing. Within a few weeks the new price triggered interest and we had an offer! We have never regretted our decision and have happily recommended Michelle to friends who one day hope to sell their home.

My wife and I moved to the south Okanagan from Vernon in 2016 where we were renting for the first 2 years then we got married. I work with Michelle’s husband and that’s how I met her. Michelle is a sweet and wonderful lady and was really helpful and educational to me as I have never bought a home before and this was our first. When we were looking she showed us many condos in Osoyoos and knowing that I had a small budget but I always wanted something big, she was good with bringing me back to reality and made sure I didn’t over spend. I would totally recommend Michelle to anyone as I felt that she did a fantastic job and my wife and I could happily say we love our new condo unit!!
