We felt Michelle did an excellent job selling our home. She was very quick to get the photographs and the virtual 3D tour Online. In describing our beautiful home Michelle used words and descriptions that grabbed buyers attention in our MLS listing. Her energy and enthusiasm was second to none. Even thru Covid she brought in many potential buyers which lead to quickly selling our home. The only issue was we had to vacate within three weeks. That actually wasn’t an problem. Lol. We did have an issue with a couple of the photographs and Michelle was instantly there to get them cropped. I have recommended Michelle to people in the past and after our experience will highly recommend her in the future. Thanks to Michelle we are sitting back enjoying our new place and reaping the monetary benefits from our sale.

When I came to Michelle I was stressed and nervous about selling. I needed to get a certain amount by a certain time frame. The first time we met she came prepared! She brought sales of the other units and came with a booklet of all the services she offers (she does her homework!) Throughout the process her communication was great she was always on top of explaining things to me and keeping me up to date with where it was at.
