Michelle Fritz is one of a kind. She both lists and sells properties continually while being both professional and still fun to work with. She exudes energy and a desire to succeed which translates into a positive selling and purchasing experience for her clients. We felt Michelle did an excellent job selling our home. She was very quick to get the photographs and the virtual 3D tour Online. In describing our beautiful home Michelle used words and descriptions that grabbed buyers attention in our MLS listing. Her energy and enthusiasm was second to none. Even thru Covid she brought in many potential buyers which lead to quickly selling our home. The only issue was we had to vacate within three weeks. That actually wasn’t an problem. Lol. We did have an issue with a couple of the photographs and Michelle was instantly there to get them cropped. I have recommended Michelle to people in the past and after our experience will highly recommend her in the future.
