He made time for us to schedule any showings and his communication skills are excellent. The entire process can be stressful but Michael keeps active to help you achieve your goal and find that perfect home. I highly recommend Michael to anyone!

We chose to work with Mike because he proved to be very knowledgeable and professional during a previous house search. During our search, Mike had a wealth of knowledge about our preferred neighbourhood and was proactive with sending listings that might have been a good fit in that area. He made time for us and worked around our schedules for showings. He kept in contact with us to update during the offer process and communicated with the seller’s agent to gather any information needed. He had great referrals for contractors and home inspectors. We had an excellent experience and would recommend anyone to work with Mike to find a home.

Michael is a great realtor. He is transparent, pragmatic, and accountable. He listened to what I was looking for and the limits around those targets, and never pushed for anything outside of that. He has a solid knowledge of the area and offered insight on aspects I was not familiar with. We will be working together again on future deals.
