Are you looking for an outstanding Real Estate Agent? Do not look any further! Michael Pollard is the way to go. We were given so many great advices. He listened to our expectations. We received a very in depth brief. His professional photograph took awesome pictures of our house, in addition to 3D first person view through the whole house. We've had one week to sell our house and he managed to do this. All official documentations can be signed using DocuSign which facilitates the transaction. All and all, do not hesitate to call him if you are on the market to either sell or buy. He responds to text msgs or emails very fast! Keep doing the way you do it Michael!

I did some research as I wasn’t familiar with any local agents. Came across reviews and called up Michael. He gave lots of great advice and market value on my property. Months of follow ups and recommendations without even locking me into a contract. Coming time to sell he was so prompt and professional. Had a great company complete photos and virtual tours which definitely helped with out of town offers. I gave right timing to post the property and he met it. Sold within a week well over asking. I’ve dealt with many realtors before I wouldn’t recommend, I’ll certainly recommend Michael to everyone. Exceeded expectations.
