Michael was really hands on with my partner and I, which we greatly appreciated as first home buyers. He always responded to communications promptly and gave his honest view when we asked him questions. He is also very friendly and fun to work with!

Last year Michael helped us find a home, and with being military we were posted again this year and he helped us sell. Our first buyer broke the agreement, leaving us in an undesirable situation, but Michael never stressed . The same week, we were able to dissolve one agreement and finalize another all with Michael’s speedy work. Michael has many connections and also connected us with a realtor in Ottawa who is just as amazing. He definitely takes care of his people, and is always there to answer any question very quickly. High recommend.

If it important to you, Michael has good ethics in an industry that at times seems to be lacking as such. Michael was responsive and professional and helped keep us focused on our goals in the frenzied market.
