My sister and I recently worked with Michael when we needed to sell our mother’s home. As both of us live out of town, we were very concerned about how complicated this endeavour could be. Our fears were quickly alleviated after our initial interactions as we found Michael to not only be highly knowledgeable, but willing to go above and beyond for his clients. Michael quickly and efficiently deals with any issues that arise and he made us feel like he truly understood our needs and valued our business. Michael helped us sell my mother in law’s home in Kingston. I worked with Michael from Calgary. Michael was by far the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. From the very first contact, he was professional but also like a friend we had known for years. He understood our needs and helped us meet them. He negotiated with the selling realtor fairly and made sure our best interests were always at the forefront. He backed us every step of the way and has continued to give support since we are moving to a new (to us) city that he knows well. Michael helped me to buy my first home recently. From the minute I showed up at the first viewing it was evident he was very knowledgeable about things to look out for. Once I was ready to make an offer he made the process very seamless (as I had no idea what I was doing). He was patient in explaining everything along the way and even checked in several times over the course of the year before I bought while I was getting everything organized with finances and pre-approvals to see how the process was going and if he could help with anything.
