I had the pleasure of working with Melanie Giray, not once, but twice in 6 months! First property was near the waterfront in the lovely Town of Prescott (deal falling through on inspection); the second, in Winchester, where I finally bought! I have to say that her calm, patient and professional approach to her work, and her interactions with seller agents and others required, is extraordinary. I would highly recommend working with her as she exceeds expectations, and goes beyond the norm for her clients. I will definitely be working with her again someday, perhaps for a summer property, and will be recommending her to all my family and friends! Excellent work on my behalf - Thank you, Melanie. Precision! Melanie’s attention to detail and communication skills were first rate. Everything was like clockwork from the initial sit down, house prep, photos, sign up on the road and listing going live. She was clear on the way forward to sell our home in the least amount of time while getting the best value possible. Ended up getting multiple offers within a very short period and she then expertly closed the deal to our satisfaction.
