This is the second time I’ve had the pleasure of working with Melanie. She helped us purchase a home a few years ago (and was amazing) and just recently helped me sell an investment property. 5 stars all the way! She is very organized, very type A - always on time, emails you at the crack of dawn to confirm if you are meeting her that day, excellent negotiator and not timid whatsoever (she did a bunch of back and forth on this deal to secure me a better price) and she kept me in the loop at every step, excellent communication. This property was vacant and was costing me a tonne of money to float - it sold in less than 2 weeks and Melanie secured a quick closing. Highly recommend. I will never use another realtor! Melanie was key in the successful sale of our old home and purchase of our new one. She met with us and walked us through the initial steps getting us set up to look at possible homes. When we found houses that we liked she refined the search parameters and helped us zero in on our eventual purchase. During the selling process, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the current market conditions. Picking the right time to enter the market and negotiating offers with potential buyers.
