Melanie is very thorough and patient. She never stopped looking for something that I wanted. She picked up on details that sometime made me hesitate to buy not quite a good fit for me. With her it’s not about a quick sell, but a right one. I would hesitate at all to use her again.

Melanie was absolutely amazing! We did consultations with many, many realtors and were just blown away by how professional Melanie is! Despite incredibly busy schedules on our end, Melanie was always available to show us houses and answer any questions that we had. She's really listened to what we wanted out of a house and never tried to pressure us into buying a home that we didn't absolutely love. In fact, she was very open and honest about which homes she thought would suit our needs and which ones would not. She's obviously got a great understanding of the market, and advised us accordinly during this process. As first time buyers, purchasing a home can be a very daunting task and I cannot begin to express how happy we are that Melanie chose to work with us. She truly made the home buying process 1000x easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to friends or family and would absolutely contact her for our next purchase!

If we have to sum up Mel in one word, then it would be 'Amazing'. She is great at what she does. Great knowledge of the market. She isn't afraid to challenge you on some decisions based on listings that we think suit us (but actually don't). She actively listens to criticism or positives from each listing view and recommends another one based on that. And best of all she is very patient and willing to help in situations that are nothing to do with the purchase, especially in our case when we were stuck with closing on our property for sale. Would we recommend her? If you are buying\selling in the Ottawa region, don't look further. She is the realtor you need!
