This is the fourth time we’ve used Matt for our home sale/ purchase & our family has now used him for multiple purchases. Matt is always organized, professional & knowledgeable. He’s always willing to take our call & text back to explain situations and goes above & beyond to help us find the right home. We had been on the market for a wile with another agent and had very little response then we listed with Matthew Barry, in just a few weeks we were sold. Matthew was an excellent agent, he knows the area and more importantly has all the necessary contacts in the real estate world to get people in to see your house and then get it sold. This is our 5th house sale and was by far the most positive we have ever had in the past 20 years. He knew the market and set our listing price to maximize our return but also to get interested buyers through the door. He recommended things we needed to do with the house to make it more appealing to more buyers. A true real estate professional.
