Cannot say enough good things about Matt. Just had the third property transaction we have done with him and our family (condo purchase for my parents). Completely professional and helpful throughout the entire process, has a ton of knowledge when discussing pros/cons of properties, cost considerations of renos, family needs, etc. His enthusiasm for his work and the clients he works with shines like a diamond when you work with him!

I’ve known Mathew for years and our family have used him for two sales and just recently a purchase of a town home. He negotiated a price lower then I ever thought I could get so is def looking out for you and not the commission he will make! He has an awesome eye for detail and points out good things and bad things just to make sure you are totally aware of everything.
