I can’t say enough about how valuable Matt’s advice was to us during the sale of my Mom’s home. Matt’s decades of experience and detailed explanations to us about how to market her well maintained but somewhat dated older home made the whole transaction a lot less stressful for us. He was always professional, very up front and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Matt or use him for any future real estate transactions!
