Matt Barry was the most fantastic realtor!! We were in a bit of a stressful situation, and he has a very positive, "calm confidence" that was very reassuring to us. He was incredibly knowledgeable and put a lot of work into every little detail to ensure that our house sold for the best price possible. He is honest, fair, and gives you the facts. He is also very personable and we really enjoyed working with him. Matt's office clearly cares about and values their clients. My husband and I would highly recommend!!

If you are interviewing multiple realtors like we were, just stop, save your time and pick Matt. We wanted to sell our house in Edmonton (in Highlands) and move to an acreage. Matt came in with a well thought out strategy to sell our home that resulted in us closing for more than we were originally going to LIST it for. Matt nailed the essentials like online presence, timing, ad promotion, showing etc. but it’s his personality, communication and attention to to detail that make the difference. Matt also had the acreage knowledge and connections to help land us our dream home in the country. No regrets here. If I was to buy or sell again, my first (and only) call would be to Matt.
