Mary is a consummate professional. We gave her an extraordinarily difficult sale to make on a very old home in a small town and she exceeded all expectations. She was pleasant and knowledgeable, but also quite practical and realistic- which I deeply appreciate. She took exceptional amounts of time helping us. Things were even more complicated as we live outside of Canada and she helped prepare the property and ultimately make the sale. I would never look for, or even entertain the thought of using, any other real estate agent. I give Mary my absolute highest recommendation and want to thank her again for being so helpful.
