My experience with Mary was great. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and also a super nice person who is very easy to work with. She was always fast to respond to my many questions as a first time home buyer, and her feedback was always friendly and helpful, and communicated in a way that was straight forward and to the point, which I really appreciated. Her experience in the industry is obvious from day one and having her in your corner really instills a sense of confidence that makes such a big purchase much less stressful. 10/10 would definitely work with her again.

As first time home buyers, Mary was and excellent advisor who helped us through every step of the way with clear, timely communication and expert advice. During the viewing and offer phase we always felt that she had our best interest in mind, as she clearly explained different details about the properties and options we would have in making offers, while always ensuring we had the time and space to make our own decisions. Between the offer and closing, she coached us through the home inspection, insurance, and deed transfer processes and provided instructions and gave referrals to professional contacts.

Second time working with Mary and again very happy about our choice! She is so kind and knowledgeable and made our experience very enjoyable and smooth. We will highly recommend her to anyone! You are lucky to have her.

Mary was exceptional to work with. While trying to buy a house across the country, in a city we didn’t know well, as first time home buyers… my partner and I were quite overwhelmed in the beginning, to say the least! Mary was immeasurably helpful in suggesting neighbourhoods, providing Facetime viewings and explaining everything there was to know about the home buying process. She made everything feel as stress-free as possible and we’re so grateful for all her help and guidance in purchasing our first home.
