We cannot express enough, our appreciation and gratitude to Mary Stickings for her professionalism and dedication throughout the search and purchase process of our new home. As a military couple posted from NL to NS during COVID-19 we were unable to view the houses in person in beginning. Mary went above and beyond to arrange virtual viewings of all the houses we requested, with little to no notice in a very competitive real estate market. From Windsor to Middle Musquodoboit and Hubbards to Head of Chezzetcook and many areas in between, she was always available and always ready to book the appointments and make the drive. Purchasing homes is stressful under any situation but given the current pandemic and the aggressive real estate market, we really appreciated Mary’s confidence and reassurance that the right home was out there and we would find it. Given the situation, her optimism was invaluable! Eventually, we were able to conduct a house-hunting trip and had the pleasure to meet Mary in person. By the end of our first day in Halifax, we had viewed many properties and had an accepted offer! It was such a pleasure to work with Mary. This posting was like no other. We truly believe that it was her attitude, knowledge and a genuine desire to help us find the right house that eased our anxiety through the entire process.
