She listened to my needs, patiently answered every question I asked - And I could compare that while she was on vacation and another agent showed me two houses without that much knowledge and even being less personal because she was on the phone half of the viewing. Mary's knowledge about housing, building structures (for potential renovations) and cost of material is exceptional! She built my customer's report so well that after one minute inside of the listed house she knew if I would bit on it or it is not my style. Mary was very honest and open about all facts I needed to know. I wish every realtor at your company would be so good to your clients like Mary was to me. This housing market was just crazy and fast, yet she remained calm and supportive. I felt bad that at the end I purchased "only" a land to build on. She deserved better commission ;)</p>
