Thanks to the Lino Arci Team, I was able to purchase a new home in Vaughan in record time (and I came in below budget, too!). In this current real estate market, it's extremely difficult for a single individual to be able to find, afford and purchase property, but it was because of this Team that I was able to do so. This team is beyond the best! They helped me sell and purchase my next dream home! I thought this was going to be a hard process but they made it so easy!! I’m so analytical and they were there for me when I had questions and were so information the whole way through. They educated me with exactly what to expect and they delivered in every way. Lino, Italia & Jessica were extremely helpful during my home sale and made my house look like it was a magazine cover. Anthony & Laura were available every time I wanted to look at houses and they were so knowledgeable. These guys literally know everything and that really put me at ease. Lino even came to see the house I purchased before I put the offer in to ensure it was exactly what I wanted. I can see that are strong negotiators and I dont think I would’ve bought my dream home if it wasn’t for them. I cant thank them enough!!! I love them and you will too!

These guys are spectacular. Highly recommended. I am an experienced real estate investor so have very high standards, and Lino Italia and Jessica Arci blew me away. From free amazing staging, to incredible photography to great communication these guys are fabulous. They are Extremely experienced and you do not get handed down to some minor player like with other ‘big name’ agents in Toronto. And when my buyers had problems with financing and the deal fell apart and even the buyers agent gave up and walked away - they put it back together again and saved the buyers their deposit and put more money in my pocket. You will never be disappointed with Lino Italia and Jessica Arci.
